Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy , which means that after receiving your goods you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

 


Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchange:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item and, after the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
